Is there an age limit to migrate?

For most skilled migration pathways (points, green list, straight to Residence) there is an age cut off of 56 years, meaning your application must be received by INZ before you turn 56 years of age. It doesn’t matter if you turn 56 while that application is being processed.

For other Visa categories there are either no age limits or different limits to the above.
