If I have a criminal conviction - can I still apply?

Much like health, New Zealand requires all Visa applicants to meet a certain standard of character and this is done through a series of rules relating to past criminal convictions or oustanding charges. For many people, historical charges of a minor nature can be dealt with, although this requires careful handling with INZ. More serious convictions, require an individual assessment to determine if you still qualify. We have a significant level of experience in this particular part of the rules.
