Paul was absolutely marvelous. Our visa applications had reached a very strange and unprecedented standstill and we were having massive difficulties communicating with our assigned immigration officer which was when we first decided to reach out to Paul and seek his support with getting our visas approved. There were so many potholes in the road to visa approval and we honestly were quite confused and frustrated, but with Paul's expertise and confident calm, we were able to navigate the entire process and he successfully expedited our visa approvals.
